I upgraded to Plus on 27/04, before upgrading billing cycle was on 13th of the month and after upgrade, I receive 38 Connects and what about balance 32 connects. When I will receive the balance connects, can anyone help me out, Thanks

There is no "balance" the number of connects is pro-rated depending on where in the billing cycle you are. Obviously you can't spam through 60, then upgrade and get another 70.....
