Hi Ashar here, iam a freelancer and its been so long iam trying to buy connects and membership but upwork is not accepting my visa debit card so kindly help me with some free connects and let me use the visa credit card of my father to buy membership ..

I would recommend to check with your bank if your account is enabled for international charges or to try to add another billing method. Thank you.
