Hi Good Day!

 

I have a problem regarding my membership & connects, I cant find any options in my settings that show membership & connects, thats why i cant buy connects and it says that my profile has not yet been approved!! , but I already passed the two way Identity verification..What should I do??

Hi Geovani, 

Since you are an exclusive agency member, your membership is based on your agency account's membership plan. The Connects that you will need to bid for jobs in the Upwork marketplace will also be debited from the agency's collective Connects.
