Membership refund

Hi,

 

I cancelled my membership. I barely logged on over the last month and I have not used any credits soon.

 

My credit card was just charged for the Plus membership. Could you please reverse the transaction and refund me? It's only been a few hours and I am not going to use the resources any more.
