Membership upgrade if a friend who was invited registers

Hello. I sent couple of invites to my friends, and at least one of them registered on UpWork. It said that if someone registers, I might get a free Membership month? There was no notification thou.

What do you mean by " a friend who cannot join Upwork"

If someone was not accepted, inviting them will not change that fact, and the "invite" function discussed here is for inviting clients to join, not freelancers. Upwork already has far too many freelancers.
