Message Notification Delayed

Hi Guys,

 

I'm new to upwork and never registered oDesk, totally newbie.. trying to find some opportunity here..

 

But the problem that I found here is.. the message notification either to email or on upwork site is always delayed, not real-time or at least 10 mins delayed is ok.. Is it only me? or you guys have experienced this issue as well?
