I dont know what it is, I have not sent anything and its been almost a year since I registered and started working at oDesk.
Is this something I should I care about?

We have been made aware of a mass ticket that mistakenly went out regarding ID verification. Please disregard this notice and rest assured that we are working on this bug. No action is required from you.
Also, If you have submitted your ID verification or your ID verification was previously approved, your status has not changed.
