Message alert says 5 for a room I have left

I see 5 unread message alert beside my message tab. But I can't see them when I opened the messages.

I think it's a notification from a room where I just get dropped out by the client because the contract ends. So I can't find the room to open the messages.

What should I do to solve this? I tried erasing the cookies from my browser and it's still there.
