Message feed gone blank

Just as I was about to take a Zoom call. Any ideas? Happened at a really bad time.

Hey I see this blank window in the chat.. what's going on? Thanks a lot.

 

Tried incognito / Mozilla / laptop.. nothing works.

Exactly the same thing happened to me as well. I tried Chrome and Safari; it was exactly the same with both. I assume it is a system error. If someone could advise it would be appreciated, as I currently can't contact clients that I need to contact.

Just discovered, it's an Upwork problem, they're aware of it.

Hi All,

 

Sorry for the interruption. The technical team is aware of the issue and working on fixing this as soon as possible. Could you please confirm if you still see blank page when accessing Messages on a browser and after clearing browser's cache and cookies?

Same thing is happening with me. I've been working with an excellent Architect, and cannot read or exchange messages with her. She almost completed a huge milestone and the files are gone. 

Please fix, so that I can pay such a great effort.

Tried everything, clearing cache, logging out, etc. The server page says it's a technical problem.

Still happening here on both Chrome and Safari.

Similar problems have been reported earlier today. But the system status is good. I'd clear your cache/cookies and open/close browser, try again.

It really was down, no fault on the part of users. The server page said so earlier on.
