Message forbidden

I can not access messages from upwork app its showing forbidden , i also updated the app but the problem still continues, any suggestion? I have an ongoing contract really need help with messages.

Hi All, 

I'd like to confirm that our engineering team has released a fix for this issue. You may need to clear the Upwork App's cache/data in your device's settings for this to apply.

I have same issue, what I did to fix problem is go to: 

Setting >Application>Search Upwork Apps>Storage>Clear data and clear cache

Make sure Upwork Apps is updated.
