Message saying: Amound refunded, while I never refunded a client

So this happenned out of nowhere!
I got a message from Upwork related to a client saying that I refunded an amount of money to my client. 
While I never did such thing?

I also have another paymend lined up with the same client while contract is completed. What can I do and why did this happen?

First off am still waiting for your team to reach via email. Second off my client says their paypal is working just fine and they ate confused about this too.
