Messages failed to load on browser, MacOS desktop app and iOS app

Hi everyone, Since yesterday, I found that message function on my Safari/Chrome Upwork, Desktop (MacOS App) and phone (iOS app, two versions) failed and I've tried many times. I also tried 4G and Wifi, both didn't work. It only says: Unable to load messages We’re running a quick test to see why. Reload the page to try again. If the issue continues, visit our Help Center. I contacted help center and captured screenshots for them. They still haven't got back to me today. Is there anyone who might have experienced this before and had problem solved successfully? Thanks a lot!

Same here, issues with safari.  Had to load through Google Chrome.
