Messages problem

Hi,
Two of my clients didnt reply to my messages for 1-2 weeks.
In the past i had a similar problem, when one of my clients replied to me, but I didnt received the messages.
Can someone check this somehow?

I'm sorry to hear that your clients have been unresponsive. If they are not able to respond back right away, it's possible that they may be busy. You may allow time for them to get back to you.
