It seems messages from clients are disappearing. A client sent me a message yesterday I couldn't view it but it's nowhere to be found today. Need help

Hi Fiifi, 

I checked the client you are referring to, and it looks like their last activity was from 7-days ago. I also reviewed it, and I'm not seeing any notification that the client sent you a message yesterday.  If, however, you have proof that they sent a message yesterday that you can share with me (for example, you received an email notification about the client's message), please send me a private message by clicking on my name so that I can look into this further.
