Messaging someone with Declined Invites

If some freelancer has declined my invite due to the pay out being low, how can I reach out to that freelancer for some negotiation? I cant see the invite to job button again for that freelancer or even the message button to send her a message.

The freelancer might have blocked you. I sometimes do that if I get an invitation that's far below below my usual rate (especially if I look at the client's history and they've been paying extremely low rates to other freelancers).

There are plenty of freelancers to choose from here, so I suggest just moving on and inviting other people. And if you're open to negotiation or if your price is just a placeholder, you may want to mention that in your invitation.
