Microsoft 365 certification issue

Hello Upwork team;

I will be grateful if someone can help me to validate my certification Microsoft 365 MS-900.

A ticket has been created #28658737 for this request but I was surprised that was considered as "Resolved" without convincing me!! The last response (Jock) that I have received was saying:

I have posted in the same ticket a new request to resolve my issue.

Is it possible to change the ticket again to "Open"?
