Migrate to another country

Hello Experts,

I am currently in Bangladesh.
I want to go to a neighboring country for a long time in the next few months.
While there, I would like to apply for citizenship by marriage.
I currently withdraw money from my local bank account.
I do not currently have a PayPal or Pioneer account.
I seek expert advice on what I should do as a precaution and how I can work there.
