Milestone Approval

Hello, 

I delivered the final files and client recieved. Then he went offline without approving the milestone and didn't come back. I have requested for approval 7days ago and I know I will have the amount either way. But I wish to know what if I close the project now , would I still get the amount or I will loose it ? Thank you.

If you end the contract the money in Escrow goes back to the client. Why the rush? Leave it be, wait until you have your money, the client may turn up again and it is always much better if the client closes the contract so you can get feedback.

Thank you for your kind reply. Actually I am not in a hurry I was just curious about this as I have suffered a lot of this kind of projects. Most of the time client's don't even come back in two months or more and then those projects become the primary reason of loosing the JSS. That's it. Thanks.
