I have completed a milestone and the client has accepted it. Why isn't money showing up in my account?

It is. Look at your Reports Overview page, it will be under Pending. There you also find plenty of info on how your funds move through the different stages. Just click on all the question marks.

I have the same issue but with my agency account. Money is nowhere to be found, though the contract has ended. Agencies do not have an overview page where I can check their status....

Hi Marilena,
I checked your agency profile and was able to locate one completed contract. The funds on the contract had already been released to the agency and after our 5 days security period is completed the funds will be available on your agency profile. Thank you.
