The job is done but the client didn't approve the milestone, and didn't reply to my messages.

Do not send any messages to the client. I don't send messages to the client.

Just click the "Submit Work and Request Payment" button.

The client is NOT obligated to approve the submission or reply.

If the client does NOTHING then you will be paid AUTOMATICALLY.
