Milestone not received in Chatbox

Hi,

I am working on a project at the start i was receiving milestone information in my chatbox.but today i send a milestone for approval,it was not showing in chatbox and after that my client alot a new milestone which contain information,also not showing in chatbox.

Please help me.

How many accounts do you have?
The account you are posting from has never been hired, and is a client account.
