my client has activated a milestone. it does not appear to be in progress

Thank you for reaching out to us. Could you please share the Contract ID and the screenshot of the milestone status from your end so that we can assist you further?
You can find Contract ID by clicking on the name of the contract and then navigating to the Terms & Settings tab.
