Hi UpWork Community,
I started a fixed price contract 76 days ago. This was a PowerPoint presentation. The client was really happy with my work but they didn't have time to fiddle with the presentation at that point. They decided to pay the milestone (previously agreed sum) but keep the contract open so that they can get in touch if they have any questions / concerns whenever they have the time to review the file in detail. There's no other open milestone. It has been almost two months since then (53 days, to be precise). I've tried contacting them / reminding them twice so far and I intend to do so again on Monday.
For how long would this contract remain open if the client never responds? Is there something I should be concerned about? What would be the best course of action in this situation?
Please excuse me if this question overlaps with another thread here!
Thanks!
Dean

Close the contract, check "Contract Ended Successfully" for the reason and give the client an honest rating.
