Milestone rejected by Upwork

I was told that my Milestone with a client had been rejected by Upwork due to an issue with the client's paying method. However, the milestone had already been active and funded. My client says there are no issues on their part. The project has already been completed and submitted, but now with no way to reinstate the milestone or receive payment.

I am sorry to hear about the issue with your milestone payment. I checked the job you are referring to and can confirm that there is an issue with the client's billing method.
