Milestones missing from proposal

I've just noticed that when creating a proposal to a job today, there is no way to propose a job by milestones - just a bid amount. Is this a temporary glitch, or is this a new thing? edit: I cleared my browser cache and now it is working. There seems to be no way to delete this post.
