Milestones payment problem

Hi,I just got another new milestones payment last Saturday.But why it didn't appeared in my balance account and I didn't get the withdrawing money today?And the balance show 0.

where is the payment go?Pls help to solve it.

Hi Xuanzong,

It looks like you have requested the payment for the last milestone on Saturday, but it was approved on Monday. These funds have been currently subjected to a standard five-day security period and will become available for withdrawal as shown under the date details in your Transaction History. In order to check the status of your payment, please go to your account > select the Reports tab > Overview and you’ll see the funds under the Pending tab.

Hi!Thx for your reply.I understand - that is to say as there is five-day
security period, This part payment will be withdrawed next week after
security period, Right?

Hi Xuanzong, 

Since the money in escrow was released on Monday, 7-February, it should be available in your Upwork account this Friday Saturday, 12-February. You can withdraw it to your payment method once it becomes available to your account this Friday Saturday.

Saturday 13th 😉

The security period is 5 days, not 4.

Xuanzong, just go to Reports > Pending, where you'll see the date on which it will become available in the left hand column under Date:
