Hello, I do not understand the payment of the order on your site.
The client and I concluded work with 3 milestones, after approving 1 milestone, the client closed the contract. But what about the remaining milestones and the payment for the order for them?
Please help in clarifying information about orders on your site!

I can't provide a photo in the attachment, it will be wonderful if they contact me via mail and I can provide screenshots of the cabinet and the order.

Hi Denis,

I checked, and see that the contract has already been closed by your client. Your client has the option to send you a bonus for the remaining funds. You may reach out to your client to discuss this. Please also read this help article for more information about Fixed Price Protection.
