Milstones not showing on my dashboard

I received an invite to an invite-only job but i can't set the milestones when sending my proposal. It only shows me a "Bid" section. How can i as a freelancer add the milestones?

Probably the client set the job up as hourly. Just state your proposed milestones in your proposal.
