Misleading Information on Freelancer's Profile

Hi, this freelancer ( **Edited for Community Guidelines** ) stats on his profile that "I am a certified independent Upwork contractor with more than 6 years of experience" Questions:1. How someone be a certified independent Upwork contractor? I never saw any freelancer to be certified. This is totally misleading information.2. He got his first project in 2017, how he has 6 years of Upwork Experience? I got mislead by his profile.

He doesn't say that he has 6 years of Upwork experience; he says that he has 6 years of experience and mentions another freelancing site. As for "certified" he might be referring to his top-rated badge. I don't think that this is anything reportable.
