Missing ALL Account Information

I'm missing my account information. I completed a gig back in 2018 and was paid $75. Now nothing exists. I have an email showing proof I signed up on this website, completing the video chat interview, and congratulating me on completing a gig. Sorry for the tough issue, but an issue indeed. This is the 2nd time I'm posting here, I was told that someone would get back to me and nobody did. Thanks if anyone can help 🙂
