Missing Testimonials! Is there a limit to the number of Testimonials?

Hi Folks,  I have a coaching client who has posted a testimonial and it's been more than a week for Upwork to make it appear on my profile!  I also did NOT get the email notification that was being sent out!   Is there a Maximum number of Testimonials that I might have already reached?

I did circle back to the Client and he shared the email request he had received from UpWork and confirmed that he did post Testimonials?!  

Who do I kill or Mame to get my testimonial to show!?
