Missing address information?

I am attempting to submit a proposal, but when I hit the submit button, it gives me an error that says, "We were unable to process your proposal due to missing address information. Add your full address."  I had previously added my address information, and after receiving this error, I went back and attempted to re-enter and re-save my address information, but the error persisted.

I did notice that when I went back to my profile, it did not retain my city information.  I attempted to re-enter it, but upon updating, it still did not list my city.  Could this bug be the reason why it says my address information is incomplete?

I actually tried it with Firefox (I was using Chrome before) and it worked

Please go to Settings > Contact Info > Location and add your city to the "city" field as well. Thank you.
