I was trying to apply for the job linked above but i could not find the test that was said to be provided with the post they have made for the job. I would like to know if it's missing from the employers side or if it is a bug on the website that doesn't allow me to view the test in question.
If there is no test at all i would like to be notified ASAP in order to proceed with my application.

There is no test included in the job post.
Including a test is a violation of Upwork's terms of service, which forbid clients to ask freelancers to do any unpaid tests as part of the application process.
I would also strongly suggest that even if you are willing to work for $ 4.33 an hour, you go through the client's history and ask yourself if this is something you want to risk.

This is an interesting job post. The client has a hiring rate around 50%, which is good, and has spent over $6 million on the platform.
Petra is correct: there is no test in the job post. The original poster is referring to a single reference to a "test" mentioned along with the things a freelancer should include when submitting a proposal.
I wonder if the mention of a "test" is the remnant of a generalized job post used by this client as they post on multiple freelancer/job platforms. The posting strikes me as one used by a client who DOES hire on Upwork, but does not post here exclusively.
