Mistake in changing address - can't change

I live in NYC but am visiting my home town of Melbourne, Australia for a month...So i changed my address...bad idea. I tried changing back to my NYC address but can't. It wants a W9? I don't have one and when trying to add one it didn't work. 

This is affecting me in terms of job offers so please someone get back to me. 

Really frustrating that you have no contact number... Yet you take 20% of all jobs, cmon guys.
