Mobile App is not synchronized with the website

Hello dear colleagues!

Maybe anybody knows or familiar with this issue. I am working on Upwork with my laptop and also have installed an Upwork mobile app, which is not synchronized with my account because the app notifys me after few days, after everything is already done. Maybe I need to do the setting manualy? Please help!

Please follow our steps listed in this Help Article on how to troubleshoot the mobile app.  If you`re still experiencing the same problem please follow the instructions under Step 4, thank you.
