Yes, more than one user can log in on the mobile app but not at the same time. Please keep in mind that sharing an account is a violation of our TOS. The first user will need to make sure that they have logged out completed before the second one logs in and vise versa. Thank you.

Yes, you can. You can use the same mobile device for multiple accounts with different login IDs and passwords.

But make sure all the accounts are not yours. 

Having more than one account in Upwork is a violation of their policy, and you can be banned from Upwork forever.
