Moderator or community guru gets any financial benefit?

A Moderator is an employee of Upwork, they get paid by Upwork. A "community guru" is a title just given to a freelancer that contributes alot to the forums - they are not employees of Upwork and get no financial benefits.

How much Upwork is earning from here? Should they not give to something to Community Guru?

Upwork employs there workers from anywhere and everywhere, as long as you are qualified and there is a need for your services. Some freelancers are also Upwork employees.

All community members provide information, guidance and discussion by choice. Therefore a community guru would not require payment.

Abdul a forum is a forum - and it doesn't matter what label one has - everyone contributes. I think labels are quite childish anyway. But at least it is marginally better than another site (now radically changed) that used make forum users wear hats. (cyber hats)

The purpose of the community is to help each other and to have useful discussions on matters related to work. There is enough worth in that.

I can say that I have benefited even more than I have contributed, and most here would share the same sentiment. Therefore that is enough.
