Hello Faisal,

Offering a money-back guarantee to the client may make it easier for them to get free work from you. If the client is unhappy with your work, they will not release payment on a Fixed price contract or dispute your hours on an Hourly contract. You can then choose to accept or decline the client's dispute on your contract and offer a refund if appropriate.

 I don't believe that offering a money-back guarantee is a violation of Upwork TOS.

I believe offering a money-back guarantee is a way of showing that you are not a serious or high-end professional.

I do not doubt that there are some clients who would find an offer of a money-back guarantee to be appealing.
