Money debited by NEFT to Induslnd bank

I received my payment last month and initiated payment. I also received it in my account, but today I received a message that the exact same amount had been debited by NEFT to something called IndusInd. Why is this so?
Will all my payments get debited after being credited? What is this mess?

After successfully receiving funds from Upwork to my bank account, why do I get a message after 15 days saying that the exact same amount has been debited from my bank account by Payoneer Inc? 

I am in no way otherwise concerned with Payoneer except on Upwork.

My debit card has been charged without my permission.

Your funds were successfully withdrawn and I would recommend reaching out to Payoneer Customer Support so that they can assist you further.
