Maybe because the W-8 BEN-E has not been filled in? Where must I post it? Which page? Thanks

Hi Peter,

It looks like the tax information is already completed so it shouldn't be an issue. It may take up to 4 days for the money to arrive to a bank in your country. Please, let the customer support know if the money doesn't arrive after 8 days and they will initiate a trace for you.
