Money vanished from escrow account

Hi,

I worked on a fixed price contract which was funded by the client (money was secured in escrow). I completed the work and submitted it for review. Upon checking now, the money in the escrow shows $0. The client is unresponsive.

What you are reporting is how everything is supposed to work, so nobody needs to look into it. I would be worried if the amount was still in escrow after submitting for payment, that would be a problem or a bug. 

Is the amount in pending?

Edit: you have done 75 jobs. I thought you were new.
