Money was sent to cancelled Payoneer account

Hi There. Upwork utomaticaly sent money from my balance to my Payonner account but i don't use Payoneer's system few years already and my account was canceled. What can i do in this sittuation? Can i get back the money to my Upwork's balance or I must order new Payoneer card?

Could you please contact Payoneer's Customer Support Team to request for the Upwork account to be disassociated with your Payoneer account? Once this is complete, please come back here so that we can request the team to remove your Payoneer account from your Upwork account.
