Money withdrawal trouble.

I wrote here a few days ago, about how I tried to withdraw money in vain. It is now 4 days. I havent received my money. 

I have emailed upwork numerous times, yesterday the system stated that I had received the money, yet i have not received it.

Is it possible to lose my hard-earned money? Can the transaction not be reversed? well, I have lost this money and it is very unfortunate, that now every time I withdraw I will be scared of losing money.
