“Monthly Connects renewal” not done

I have not received the 10 free monthly connects that were due on April 22, 2022.

 

Has there been a change in rules?

 

The last “Monthly Connects renewal” was done on March 22, 2022.

 

Before that, “Monthly Connects renewal” was done on February 22, 2022.

The “Monthly Connects renewal” for April 2022 has been done.

 

I hope to also understand from Customer Support what exactly the problem was.
