I have a Plus Package for Monthly Connects and my monthly billing cycle was from 1 Aug to 31 Aug last month. I didn't get renewed even today is 2 Sep. Can someone please solve the issue here?
(Any kind of suggestions are also welcomed)

You can check your current billing cycle at the bottom of your Membership and Connects page.
It usually updates around noon UTC on the first day of your current billing cycle.
