I have set up a monthly scheduled withdrawal. That works fine, but it transfers ALL the balance in my account every month which leaves my account at zero. Then, if before I get another payment from a client, I run out of Connects, I have to buy some and Upwork submits the charge to my bank.
I would like to set up my monthly scheduled withdrawal to withdraw and transfer all my balance EXCEPT some amount I specify, like $25. That would allow me to keep submitting proposals and buying new Connects with the money in my account instead of having Upwork charge my bank account $5.00 now and then.
Is there any way I can do this? Or, is there any way I can suggest this to Upwork as something they should consider offering? I tried to find the Live Chat lines, but couldn't. In fact, it looks like Upwork may have discontinued those? Does anyone know about that?
