Monthly basic connects not received

Hello, it's been more than a month I am using upwork profile. I did not upgrade the membership and work on basic plan. But I didn't received my 10 monthly connects yet. Kindly help me out when I get these connects?

I checked and it looks like you did receive your monthly Connects on March 3rd. You can check this in your Connects History.

Thanks for your Prompt response 😊 But mybanother query is On Wednesday March 16 I was awarded for interview 4 times but received only 20 connects instead of 40. My weekly limit of 50 connects is still not exceeded.
