More Glitches, More Often

Hello, I have been trying to modify my portfolio. I am able to get as far as the preview page, but when I try to pubish it  I get an error notice that "something has gone wrong, try again later". This has been happening more frequently lately, working on updating profiles, portfolio, etc. Is Upwork aware of this? Can it please be fixed? Twenty percent is a high rate to pay (even 10%!) for a system that doesn't work right.
