Why is type box so tiny?. Can i expand box size so i can see what i am typing?

Apparently some people can expand that box. I can't. It is really clumsy having it at the very bottom of the page as well.

Frustrating.
Upwork please make note of this, since it seems to be a new issue and fix it.
A larger area to type replies to clients would be greatly appreciated.

HUH?
Its when a client sends you a interview.
You get it when you accept the interview.
It is a new web page format as far as I know.
