Mpesa Withdrawal Delayed

Hi it's been over 24 hours and I haven't recieved my funds on mpesa despite receiving the email that my transaction was successful. I have been using mpesa and haven't experienced this, it usually take 1 hour. Could I please have my money? Thanks
